Full Circle Wellness is an innovative life coaching business devoted to empowering people to realize their potential, manifest their dreams, and live a fulfilled whole-hearted life.
To accomplish this, we understand the full circle of life must be encompassed therefore we use an integrative compassionate approach focusing on the physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual domains .
We foster interpersonal growth by assisting individuals, families, and businesses to identify challenges, transform maladaptive habits, thought patterns, and achieve insight for successful growth, and change. We build a collaborative relationship with you and aid you in designing and manifesting the future you envision by creating an agreed upon course of action based on accountability.
Please note, we do not offer traditional psychotherapy and we do not prescribe, treat, diagnose, or claim to cure physical or mental health challenges.
Our strength based coaching, focuses on your current strengths. We preserve, build on, and utilize them to create effective change. We identify and help you strengthen boundaries regarding time, people, and activities, and help you identify and learn if you are living in congruence with your values.

Life Transitions – One of our specialties is working with individuals coping with a wide variety of life transitions. Life transitions can lead to fear, self doubt, a lack of motivation, and feeling stuck. Not all life transitions are negative, even positive transitions can lead to feelings of overwhelm and may benefit from extra support. Our experience and training empowers you to discover new possibilities and helps you create a course of action that best suits you and your needs. Grief and Loss Support- We are highly experienced working with individuals grieving a loss. Loss not only includes the loss of a loved one, but it might also include other losses such as the loss of a home through the ending of a relationship or natural disaster, the loss of health due to medical or mental health issues, and it may also include loss of friendships.
Many people, including professionals, believe as people mourn they will go through five stages of grief. This is an inaccurate belief that was based on Elizabeth Kubler-Ross’ work with people who were dying, and has persisted since the early 1970’s. You may experience some, or maybe all of the stages, but it is okay if you don’t. There is no typical grief response. Your grief response is your grief response, and your journey of grief will take as long as it needs to take. We are here to support you as you mourn your loss through the waves of pain, navigate your way through the challenges you face, emerging more resilient as you begin to rebuild your life after your loss.
Managing Stress-Stress can have a negative impact on your body, mind, emotions, and behavior. Stress for many is a large part of their lives. Stress is unavoidable, but you can learn how to manage it. You can learn how to set aside time for self-care which enables you to live your life with more balance.
We offer a variety of tools to help reduce the number of stressors, and mitigate the stress in your life. A few may include mindfulness techniques, meditation, breathing exercises, and physical exercise. If you find time in short supply because there are more things to do in your day than time to do them in, we can also help you find ways to carve out time for your self-care needs.
